AF's Vision

From it's inception, Adventist Fellowship did not just want to be another church. Instead, we had a vision to be the kind of church we find in the book of Acts. There are many qualities that are worth emulating from the early church; caring for people, passionate spirituality, devoted to prayer, a sense of unity, commitment to worship and many others. We believe all of these are possible only when we come into alignment with God's purpose for His church.

We believe our purpose is found in the parting words of Jesus to His disciples before he left this earth. They are recorded for us in Matthew 28:18-20

"All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth."Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, "teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen."

We believe we are on a mission just as God is on a mission.

God has always been about seeking the lost.  In fact, He has used His people to reach other nations all throughout the Old Testament.  God's people were chosen to mediate between the lost nations and God. We believe our mission is to pursue the lost with a passion and to love one another because God loves us.

The Matthew 28 principle fuels everything that is Adventist Fellowship.

God calls us to GROW Together as we worship together, pray together and study God's Word together.
God calls us to SERVE Together as we minister to one another's needs.
God calls us to LEAD Together as we witness and share the love of Christ with everyone.
God calls us to WIN Together as we grow the Kingdom of God.

Whatever we do, we do it together!
